Aston Villa boss Steven Gerrard admits he would love to see a Premier League All-Star game but thinks the competition will not take place.

“In my personal view, I would really like to see an all-star game, if I was still playing I would have wanted to play this game,” Gerrard said in an interview with the media ahead of Southampton on Friday.
“North will win for sure – because I think Liverpool and Manchester City are the two strongest teams in the league,
